When Scheduling online, you must schedule 24 hours in advance. If you want to schedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, please call us to schedule your appointment. A card will be required to remain on file for all scheduled appointments. Your appointment is your acknowledgement and agreement to our Cancelation Policy and Late/No Show Policy terms.
*Please note, due to insurance regulations, no unsupervised children will be allowed to enter on the day of your appointment.

Cancelations must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment; if you decide to cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be assessed 50% of the total service you booked on your card on file.

If you are going to be late to your appointment, please make every attempt to contact us by Phone or Email (Emails are not considered read until you receive a reply). Appointments that are late past 15 minutes are considered NO SHOWS and will be charged 50% of their total of the service to their card on file.

Each of our facials include: Skin Analysis, Double Cleanse, Exfoliation (Manual/Mechanical/Enzyme), Extractions (if needed), customized cocktail of serums, Moisturizer, and SPF.

If you are not sure what appointment to book, please book as a signature facial and on the day of service we will discuss other facial options that will be suitable for your skin.
Also, please keep in mind that if you book a service that may not fit your skins condition/needs at the moment, we will have to change the type of service the day of your appointment to see what treatment suit you best! Price will vary depending on what service(s) are chosen.

New clients are required to fill confidential forms and consent forms for their upcoming service prior to their appointment. If you fail to complete these forms on the day of your service you must show up 15 minutes early to complete these forms. These forms will include but may not be limited to, allergies, medications, medical history, skin conditions and any contagious diseases or viral infections you may have both for your protection as well as mine.
Returning clients should notify us of any change to their medical history, allergies or medications for their next service. Your health and safety is important to us and it is important we know this information to prevent any adverse reactions to you with our products.

Please note that those who have received Botox, Dermal fillers (or any injectables), microblading, permanent make-up/tattoo, or laser treatments must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial service can be performed. Those prescribed Accutane must wait 6-12 months after completion before any facial service can be performed.
